- Respect each other and each other’s space.
- Worship together; the family that prays together, stays together.
- Compromise.
- Put yourself in the other person’s place.
- Think first before acting or speaking.
- Be sensitive to his/her feelings.
- Learn to walk away from arguments. You don’t have to always win. It’s not a war.
- Don’t go to bed angry.
- Don’t stretch out your anger; try to discuss the problem. Things may not be as bad as you think.
- Be careful – Don’t discuss all of your problems with your best friend. They may want to take your place.
