With a Bachelor's Degree in sociology and creative writing from Sarah Lawrence College and a Master’s Degree from Vermont College of Fine Arts in women’s media and storytelling, Abiola’s coaching certifications include neuro-linguistic programming from the American Union of NLP. Her practice incorporates teachings in mindfulness, emotional freedom technique, intuitive mindset reprogramming, and ancestral healing.

Abiola’s first book DARE was published by Simon & Schuster, while her earlier release THE SACRED BOMBSHELL HANDBOOK OF SELF-LOVE won the African American Literary Award for Best Self-Help.

She began her career as a lifestyle journalist, popular columnist, documentarian, and TV presenter. Today, as the first person in her family born in America and the proud mother of a toddler named Ruby, Abiola is passionate about midwifing conscious women leaders to breakthrough and committed to using her gifts to inspire, uplift, and transform.
