Mindfulness is Your Super Power

by Calm Coach Jamie of blackgirlsguidetocalm.com

One of the best gifts I received when starting my journey to calm three years ago was learning how to live in the present moment.

As someone who has almost always been future-minded and who has a tendency to worry about what’s to come, practicing mindfulness has allowed me to feel a sense of calm, even when things aren’t happening the way I want, and I worry less since I’m focused on what’s happening now.
