Sabotage is defined as deliberate destruction, disruption, or damage. Now imagine doing this to yourself. Let’s talk about it…
Let’s talk about love and relationship self-sabotage.
Self-sabotage is going out of your way to make the worst choices for yourself rather than the best. We all have a set of core beliefs about life and love. Within these beliefs exists our “Happiness Set Point” or what I call the “Heart Ceiling.” This means that we have an amount of love that we’re comfortable receiving and when we surpass that we subconsciously “mess it up.” In some situations we feel that it’s more important for the brain to prove itself right then for us to be happy.

It may be helpful for you to also check out a Bombshell Academy advice video a made a while back called “Bad Relationships Reflect a Bad Relationship with Yourself.” Tough words, I know and it’s been quite controversial but it’s true for me, you and all of us. When you are in a “bad” relationship – as we all have been – it is because at that moment you are not in an optimal relationship with you.
Improve your love for and relationship with yourself and either the negative, low vibrational energy relationship will fall away, be released by you or the relationship will become a more positive reflection. This is karmic law. See the video below or click here.
Self-sabotaging a relationship right now? Don’t beat yourself up. If it was easy, we’d already know what to do, right? We do the best we can with what we know at the moment — and when we know better, we do better. We keep getting the lesson until we learn it.
