Let’s talk about love and relationship self-sabotage.

Self-sabotage is going out of your way to make the worst choices for yourself rather than the best. We all have a set of core beliefs about life and love. Within these beliefs exists our “Happiness Set Point” or what I call the “Heart Ceiling.” This means that we have an amount of love that we’re comfortable receiving and when we surpass that we subconsciously “mess it up.” In some situations we feel that it’s more important for the brain to prove itself right then for us to be happy.
