  4. Choose a Mindfulness healing practice and commit to it – yoga, meditation, running, breathwork, journaling, clutter clearing, EFT…
  5. SURRENDER.Witness. Face Your Shadow (fear, despair, loneliness, grief, regret) and integrate the unloved parts of yourself.
  6. FORGIVE yourself.
  7. Speak on it.
