Hey Rockstars,

I pride myself on consistency. I look forward to sharing positive morning thoughts “Today’s Goddess XO” and “Your Afternoon Affirmation Break” with you on Twitter and Facebook. Unfortunately because of the blessings of work and life in the past couple of months I have not been able to deliver these bits of inspiration consistently. And trust me, I share them because I need them!

I became aware of affirmations in High School when I discovered Zig Ziglar but then I fell in love with positive affirmations in  college when I first read Iyanla Vanzant’s Tapping the Power Within. I am now a devoted listener of Louise Hay, the queen of affirmations, on her Hayhouse Radio. I urge you to check them out.
