Yesterday, the lovely Dr. Venus Opal Reese asked me for my biggest success secret.
Here it is…
Never wait for everything to be perfect to begin.
You don’t need anything else to validate your existence and your worth.
Your birth certificate is proof that we need what you have. That which made the oceans and the seas made you.
It is better to begin and have the momentum of moving forward rather than waiting for perfection to begin.
Don’t get stuck in your fears of what if you’re not good enough, what if it sucks, what if, what if, what if. Don’t define success by other people’s parameters. Dare to begin, date to move forward, dare to make it happen.
This doesn’t mean that you won’t fall; you will. This doesn’t mean that you won’t be criticized, you will.
Still, you must begin.
