Giggling because I just TOTALLY just busted myself in the analysis paralysis that I call my coaching clients on!
I have my gorgeous and comfy new PINK and blue New Balance Zante Fresh Foam sneaks (which I absolutely LOVE) and I’ve been RESEARCHING RUNNING for days when I need to JUST START RUNNING!
Taking healthy care of our bodies inside and out, in mind, body, and spirit is an act of self-love, self-care, and body love.
Last year I had 2 health objectives that I didn’t reach. I want to get a yoga certification, just for me, and to run a 5k. I also have slacked on my workouts since my dad got sick earlier this year. My heart is very happy that I am moving again. I have been doing my kettlebells but I am ready to run.
P.S. I’ve been talking a lot about getting unstuck and procrastination lately. My favorite response to, “how do you deal with procrastination” was Crafty Chica on Spiritpreneur School. She said, “I don’t have time for procrastination!”
