Why become a vegetarian or why go vegan?

Every day people ask me about living a plant based lifestyle. I was thrilled to learn about Beyonce and Jay-Z’s vegan challenge. I haven’t tried these products so I am not vouching for them directly, just the idea of a plan-based diet. Even if you don’t want to buy your goodies from Bey and Jay, you can go veggie yourself in your supermarket for just the cost of meals. Eating more food that comes from the earth can only be a good thing, right? It makes me happy when celebs get things right.
